If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! If you should not be satisfied, or maybe need help with the size, you are welcome to contact infopatickk@gmail.com at any time and we will help you immediately.

Patickk guarantees a full refund of all items which are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt up to 15 days from the date on which you receive the Shipping Confirmation.

Do not forget items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that any labels or tags should be intact.

Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against damage in transit. 

Please note that sets can only be exchanged as complete sets and not individual items from the sets.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping.
